Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden. Please be considerate and use an ashtray.

Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, so that everyone can feel comfortable.

🎉 Parties & Events

Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed in the accommodation. This is a place of peace and relaxation, and we kindly ask you to be considerate of the neighbours.

👥 Guests

The accommodation is intended only for the number of guests included in the booking. Additional guests or visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement.

🐶 Pets

Pets are allowed. We kindly ask you to treat the accommodation and garden with respect and consideration.

🔥 Safety

Open flames are not permitted inside the accommodation.

🚿 Shower

When taking a shower, please make sure the shower curtain is placed fully inside the shower/bathtub to prevent water from getting onto the bathroom floor. Thank you for your help.

💡 Lights & Energy

Please switch off all lights when leaving the accommodation.

🌡️ Heating

If you have used the ceiling heating, please make sure to switch it off when leaving the accommodation.

🍽️ Dishes

Please wash and dry any used dishes before departure and put them back neatly.

🗑️ Waste

Waste can be left in the accommodation. Please simply place it in the designated bin, and we will take care of the disposal.

🧹 Care & Respect

Please treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care. If anything gets damaged, please let us know briefly. We appreciate guests who treat our home with the same care and respect as we do.
